Job Summary: 

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role is responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
  • Process Analysis: Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the technology industry (preferably, but not essential using AWS and working with Contact Centres)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualisation tools (preferably Power-BI and QuickSight).
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is an advantage.
